Work Hours/Shift:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday
You Will Be Responsible For:
· Manage the records management team, projects, and day to day operations
· Develop and implement oversight, guidance, and direct interaction with key stakeholders to implement and maintain the organization's records management program including policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
· Develop and implement oversight, guidance, and direct interaction with the key stakeholders to implement and maintain the organization’s User Governance and Behavior Analytics program.
· Develop and maintain processes to support Legal department to satisfy litigation/eDiscovery requirements.
· Assist in the development and implementation of information destruction and Legal Hold policies and procedures.
· Support Information Technology in the implementation of requirements in electronic systems and applications, and provide guidance on electronic records management practices.
· Evaluate new and existing systems and implementations to support requirements of litigation support, user activity monitoring and awareness and training.
· Create and manage a metrics framework that can effectively measure these requirements.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Have a solid understanding of Regulatory compliance in Healthcare
· Complete understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and eDRM lifecycle
· Maintain a high level of technology expertise and industry knowledge in order to appropriately scope and manage service offerings.
· Develop and provide services associated with design and implementation of solutions which include connectors and add-ons to litigation support, user activity monitoring.
· Design, document, implement, deploy, and, when applicable, manage implementations of solutions.
· Evaluation of new and existing systems and implementations.
· Develop, maintain, and manage against project plans and implementation timelines.
· Develop and refine existing design and implementation methodologies.
· Maintain necessary training, development, and/or licensing as required or needed.
· Mentor technology subject matter experts.
· Develop and maintain artifacts and best practices.
· Monitor industry and technology trends and analyze for impact on implementations.
· Mentor staff and providing feedback for annual employee reviews.
· Security log file and user behavioral analysis reviews.
· Develop and implement operational targets and long-range plans aligned with the organizations strategic plans.
· Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
· Knowledge of Security Frameworks in Healthcare
· Knowledge of clinical and business operations and workflows in a Healthcare
· Knowledge and understanding of database architecture and design
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Related Field
· 7+ years’ experience in Information Security, Computer Science or Related Field
· 5+ years’ experience managing Litigation Support including electronic discovery
· 3+ years’ experience in security log file review and behavioral analytics
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
· Master’s Degree and/or Juris Doctorate in Law
Summary:
The Information Security Records Management Lead is responsible for the development, maintenance, communication and coordination of Information Security records management policies, guidelines and procedures. Specific responsibilities include interaction with Legal and Information Technology to develop processes to address electronic records management for litigation support and user activity monitoring. In addition, the position will manage the information systems and legal customers in the rollout and execution of the program(s) and oversee/resolve issues. The Lead will work with business/customers to implement the various governance and monitoring programs required to properly manage AHS electronic information including metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program(s).
