Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning and disinfection products. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

POSITION PURPOSE This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team at the Jonesboro, AR facility. The primary accountabilities for this position are the development and execution of necessary reports; assist in the deployment of policies and procedures; perform departmental administrative duties; maintain efficient and effective organization and administration of general office duties; and assist with planning and execution of employee events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, HR Generalist and Training Coordinator 2. Work closely with managers and front office staff to ensure the smooth and efficient organization and operation of the general office functions at the Jonesboro manufacturing facility 3. Compile reports and prepare spreadsheets for the department 4. Coordinate the employee recognition and retention gifts program 5. Coordinate, manage and maintain the uniform shirt orders and stock for salaried and hourly associates. 6. Maintain confidential HR files and databases 7. Maintain records related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions 8. Perform employee file audits to ensure that all required documentation is collected and maintained 9. Assist employees by providing answers to employment related questions. 10. Participate and assist with the Associate on-boarding process inclusive of following up on any open items 11. Participate and assist in the payroll process 12. Assist with associate exit interviews 13. Assist the Training Coordinator with administrative needs The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this position. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong customer service experience
- Extensive computer knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
- HRIS experience a plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Prior work experience in an office environment
- Previous administrative HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to multi task and prioritize multiple assignments

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills-both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to set daily priorities and goals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high volume work environment
- Ability to protect confidential information
