Job Description:

Wisconsin Public Service, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is currently recruiting for a Material Specialist at our Green Bay, WI location. The role of the Material Specialist is to provide services related to materials management. Thisposition will be for 1stshift (7:00AM to 3:30PM)

Responsibilities include:

* Material procurement, material handling, material movement, materials coordination, material arrangement and materials disbursement.

* Employee must be able to work as part of a team along with the ability to work independently at remote Company locations where independent decision making is critical.

* Attention to detail is critical to all duties performed.

* This position will be utilizing an array of equipment from computers to material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes and other power industrial trucks.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma, HSED or GED

* Valid commercial driver s license (CDL) or obtain one within three months of acceptance of this position

* 3+ years of warehouse and powered industrial truck experience

* Computer experience

* Ability to lift and/or carry 100lbs, reach above shoulders, repeatedly bend, twist, squat, and climb up and down ladders or stairs.

* Job mayrequire employee to be on their feet for the duration of their shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with materials management at a utility.

* Knowledge of materials used in electrical distribution, gas distribution and Power Plant related processes.

* Qualified to operate forklift and other large lifting equipment
