Job Description:

We seek someone who s highly organized, execution-driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our Logistics team in Chino, Calif.

We seek people who:
- Identify customer orders available and develop plans to process orders through the DC
- Effectively communicate with carriers, Customer Service and DC Operations teams to ensure execution of shipments in accordance with customer routing requirements
- Maintain current and accurate work instructions, detailing planning and routing specifications for each account
- Partner with DC Operations to ensure the timely and accurate shipment of customer orders

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics or related field
- 1-3 years experience in a distribution center, transportation department or customer service
- Ability to balance operational needs with meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and driven by a sense of urgency
- Passionate about overcoming challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
