The Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity/Multi-Agency Contracts (IDIQ/MAC) Vehicle Manager will lead growth and capture on the OST s IDIQ and MAC contract vehicles. This position reports to OST s Vice President for Growth and has a focus on monetizing existing and future IDIQ/MAC vehicles. The successful candidate will bring established knowledge of IDIQs and MACs for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies and must understand relationships and specific functional knowledge across multiple technology and business services domains. Whomever fills this position must quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of OST s offerings and services, initiate and maintain customer and teaming partner relationships that benefit OST. This position will perform all activities in the capture lifecycle to include developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies with a broad capability to execute targeted capture strategies for domain specific business and managed services, business processes efficiency, program management support, cyber, systems engineering, software development and sustainment services that enable mission partner success. This position will require organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to work numerous, fast turn Task Order proposals on a constant pace.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with company executives, senior leaders, and partners to identify Task Orders and other opportunities released on vehicles where OST is Prime or a Sub-contract holder
* Develop and mature a pipeline of qualified opportunities to be released on IDIQ/MAC vehicles where OST is Prime or a Sub-contract holder
* Develop and execute capture plans for each opportunity from identifying strategic partners, call plans, and bid resources
* Obtain pursuit and resource approvals through OST s internal gate review process, streamlined for IDIQ/MAC submissions
* Support price-to-win (PTW) analysis activities
* Track, record, and present activity on accounts and pipelines to senior leadership
* Work with subject matter experts and teams to develop quick turn proposals that speak to the client s needs
* Drive corporate revenue by meeting/exceeding assigned win targets
* Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and share information with OST leadership
* Increase OST Brand recognition across State, Federal Civilian, and DoD communities
* Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company s unique value propositions and differentiators for opportunities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working IDIQ/MAC Task Order proposals as a Vehicle Manager
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting capture of IDIQ/MAC Task Orders on various contracts
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the IDIQ/MAC Task Order process
* Proven track record of winning business on IDIQ/MAC vehicles
* Demonstrated ability to grow a network and leverage established relationships to drive revenue
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Demonstrated track record of developing and executing capture strategies to achieve/exceed revenue targets
* Familiarity with commonly-used contracting vehicles (OASIS, Alliant, Schedule 70, PSS, CIO-SP3, eFast, ebuy)
* US Citizen, with ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance
PREFERRED:
* 7 10 years of previous experience managing and capturing IDIQ/MAC Task Orders on multiple vehicles
* Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and relationships with customers and partners supporting IDIQ/MAC vehicles (i.e. OASIS, Alliant, Schedule 70, PSS, CIO-SP3, eFast, ebuy)
* Demonstrated experience of identifying new business opportunities
* Willing to get your hands dirty participating in solution sessions and writing RFI and RFP proposal sections
* Active Public Trust or higher clearance
