Job Summary:

* You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for patient populations served in his/her department.

* You will maintain a safe environment

* You will communicate pertinent information to appropriate individuals

* You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

* You will document patient care information in the appropriate computer screens

* You will assist with ADL's for assigned patients

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or GED Required

* State CNA certification or documented PCT experience required.

* Can be former RN Nursing student who had successfully completed the first nursing clinical semester or Completion of State approved CNA course, or CNA certificate

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current or to be obtained within required timeframe.

* 1 year PCT experience preferred
