Success Management is part of our larger Customer Success team at PTC and is one of our strongest assets, enabling us to strengthen our customer relationships by delivering on our promise of superior technology and proven results. Our team is committed to leading PTC's IoT Customers and Partners to accelerate first value, recurring value and expanded value for PTC platforms and solutions.

The Opportunity:
- As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a passionate advocate for PTC and our Customers. You will be engaged in a combination of automated, data-driven activities and customer engagement to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of PTC's products.
- Through the use of data analytics, You will identify expansion opportunities and risks to subscription renewals
- CSM activities are focused on our Customers' post-sales success. Each CSM will work with various customers across industries, based availability and business need.
- As a CSM you will be required to be - strategic advisor, technical consultant and project manager to successfully manage all the accountsResponsibilities:
- Advance PTCs relationship with customers subscribed to Premium Paid Success Plans
- Establish & maintain the partnership operating framework while managing the Success Plan services to drive effective adoption, renewal & expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor for the client's executive, program and technical teams collaborating tightly with PTC stakeholders
- Ensure Business Value through identification & prioritization of customer business initiatives, key processes, and required capabilities to develop a customer specific value roadmap
- Be the voice of the customer within PTC by providing critical feedback to help improve the overall experience, product and identify market growth opportunities
- Serve as a partner to the sales team(s) helping to identify new opportunities and providing account management support
- Establish a trusted relationship with Customers to develop referenceable accountsBasic Qualifications:
