Job Description:

How you'll make your mark:


  • You will define, manage, and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives.

  • You will lead and partner with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models.

  • You will prepare comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities.

  • You will ensure that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders.

  • You will set business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and make recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.

  • You will develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

  • You will manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.

  • You will work independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.

  • You will define the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • You will manage complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps.

  • You will work with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.

  • You will contribute to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.

  • You will work closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.

  • You will develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.

  • You will identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

About you:


  • You have a minimum 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.

  • You have an Associate degree.

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.

  • You have excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

  • You have the ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.

  • You have extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

  • You have strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

  • You have very strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • You have strong project management skills.

  • You have developed relationship management skills.

  • You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • You have the ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
