Intern - IT Security

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES


  • Membership of Nintendo of America's IT Security team that's responsible for securing and monitoring information assets, systems, and networks, as well as cyber threat intelligence analysis of potential threats

  • Conduct security assessments to identify security gaps or vulnerabilities and recommend & prioritize remediation actions

  • Design, implement, and support security tools and services around IOT and ICS environments (Industrial Control Systems)

  • Leverage frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and/or Lockheed Martin's Cyber Kill Chain methodology in detection engineering and incident response efforts

  • Engage in the development and execution of threat hunting exercises to detect known adversary TTPs

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams as well as other business units across Nintendo to implement security controls for system and network security

  • Analyze and investigate security alerts and violations as a part of incident response efforts

  • Work with operational teams on operating system hardening standards
