Performs duties associated with receiving/unloading tanker trucks of chemicals and processing materials, monitoring, connecting and troubleshooting the receiving equipment.

Duties:
• Monitor all tanker bay equipment
• Troubleshoots all equipment associated with the receiving process
• Performs duties associated with bulk material handling
• Make sanitary connections for all CIP, COP and other forms of cleaning
• Perform chemical tests for CIP process
• Performs assigned preventative maintenance of receiving equipment
• Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Be able to use independent judgment and work well within a team concept

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must. Previous experience in a food processing department a plus.
