Cleanup Crew at Specialty Restaurants Corporation in Buffalo, New York

Job Description:

Our Cleanup Crew assists in the smooth closure of a property or location by assisting in cleaning, reorganizing, counting inventory. This roll will involve regular movement of furniture, small wares, kitchen items, paperwork, and electronics as directed.

Essential Job Duties:

• Clean building floors, walls, surfaces, and furniture using various cleaning methods and cleaning materials.


• Move furniture and other items in order to clean, count, store, or ship said items.


• Perform some repair work as needed and directed to broken or damaged surfaces, items, or machinery.


• Assist in the counting of items and product for final inventory.


• Perform a basic assessment on the condition of equipment needed.


• Count, record, and photograph equipment as directed.

Education, Skills, and Experience required:

• Follow written and verbal instructions.


• Communicate effectively.


• Working knowledge of cleaning materials, methods and practices used


• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.


• Knowledge of operation of light and heavy equipment.


• High school or 2 year similar experience preferred.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional local travel may be required.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time.


• Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.


• Frequently bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull.
