Printing/Scanning Coordinator at Ultimate Billing in Wichita, Kansas

Job Description:

Ultimate Billing is looking for a Printing/Scanning Coordinator to join our growing team!

As the Printing/Scanning Coordinator you will primarily perform printing and scanning tasks along with various office tasks according to precise instructions and in compliance with established policies and procedures.  Assists with departmental projects as necessary.

What your impact will be:

• Perform routine and repetitive office tasks 




• Keep simple files up to date 




• Copy and print specific files 




• Prepare and sort mail 




• Fill in forms and check for errors 




• File and archive documents 




• Ensure coordination of material in circulation, keeping a materials inventory list up to date 




• Carry out all other tasks associated with the position and requested by supervisor 




• Other duties as assigned. 




• Perform Receptionist duties, greeting guests, answering and routing calls.
