Overview

We are looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager to lead a an amazing team of disrupters lead one of our key mission partner. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross functional and technical teams to drive projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Contributions

The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 10+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives. At least 4 years of strategic program management experience desired. Strong judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent and leadership along with the capacity to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities are a must. Experience working in a complex engineering environment with prior experience as a technical project manager on increasingly complex projects is optimal. Be be able to manage and maintain successful/results oriented relationships with our clients, as well as identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client base.

Candidate must be comfortable developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives, managing remote project delivery teams, and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues, and remove barriers to project success. Being able to create cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers across multiple time zones, evaluate project feasibility, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, anticipate and make trade-offs, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery is a must.

The Program Manager will be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking. The PM provides delivery leadership and client management over all projects within assigned accounts, drive assigned projects to successful completion, serve as a mentor to project managers and team members, and oversee account operations such as project staffing, project profitability and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of program/project management experience in a mid/large size company with a proven record of successful project delivery working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

- 10+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects in a program / project management role

- 10+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently while dealing with high levels of ambiguity

- Proven capability working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives
