OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A SR QA ANALYST. THIS ROLE WILL BE MAINLY A MANUAL TESTER BUT LEARNING AUTOMATION. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH MANUAL AND AUTOMATION AND HAVE A SOLID BACKGROUND IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY AND WORKING WITH ORDER MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS. CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN API TESTING.
* Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases using test management tool qTest
* Document identified bugs and set proper priority, driving to proper resolution.
* Perform testing on multiple applications and/or business processes.
* Lead end to end, feature level test reviews across multiple teams.
* Ability to represent QA when attending meetings and/or discussions, establish credibility and trust through interaction and dialogue.
* Strong experience level (7+ years)
* Defect process/lifecycle, and knowledge of at least one defect tracking system, JIRA preferred
* Expert on test case development, and able to review and provide feedback on test approach
* SDLC and QA activities within the process
* Knowledge of Test Management System(s)
* Knowledge on writing SQL queries
* Postman/SOAP UI to test APIs and web services
* Review system documentation to determine test approach and risk areas
* Perform some Business Analysis role, specifically documenting requirements if needed
* Meticulous documentation of Test Cases, Defects, and Test Results
* Experience on OMS, WMS, TMS and Retail domain
* Experience on Salesforce/eCommerce is a huge plus
* Experience using Test Management tool, qTest (preferred)
* Automation experience with TOSCA (preferred)
