Documentation Specialist - Bothell, WA

In this position, you will support our sales efforts by reviewing commercial loan and lease documentation and ensuring that funds are disbursed appropriately. If you are highly organized, have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills, this immediate opportunity might be a fit!

Primary responsibilities include:

Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and completeness in accordance with policies and procedures

Accurately enter financial and asset information into appropriate database

-

Ensure funds disbursed are in accordance with the Commitment and internal procedures

-

Work with other departments, associates within the group and clients to assure a timely and efficient funding process

-

Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, tax collection methods within different jurisdictions and perfection of Security of Interest according to state requirements

-

Work with, and provide information to, lessor representatives regarding all funding issues

-

Perform post closing review, obtain follow-up items and perform maintenance on all existing accounts

Qualifications:

-

1 year prior banking/finance experience in a commercial lending environment preferred but not required.

-

Superior attention to details with a commitment to quality and efficiency

-

Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

-

Team player with good interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

-

Ability to learn and navigate several systems and databases required to perform daily tasks

-

Ability to work independently

-

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree a plus
