Analyst, IT Business at Puma NA in Carlsbad, California

Job Description:

YOUR MISSION

* This position is supporting the COBRA PUMA GOLF business

* Work closely with all business units, stakeholders, business champions and systems across the Wholesale and Ecommerce channels

* Support CPG project/enhancement intakes and prioritize with the business prior to PNA submission

* Follow the intake process provided by PNA Business Solutions team, facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders, and provide estimates of resource capacity

* Collaborate and engage in actively improving Business Analyst processes and procedures by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating current processes and systems and communicating operational impact of any changes

* Construct and maintain all project and enhancement related documentation including Requirements, Functional Specifications and Mapping

* Build high level and detailed test scenarios while working closely with our Quality Assurance department

* Work closely with Development, Application Support and Project Management IT teams including handover meetings through the life cycle of a project or enhancement

YOUR TALENT

* 1-3 years of Business Analyst experience

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience

* Experience with SQL, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft applications including Visio

* Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills

* Focus on continued improvement and innovation

* Self-organized and ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

* Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment with shifting priorities

* Ecommerce experience is a plus
