i360 has an upcoming need for an Oracle R12 Functional System SME support our client with troubleshooting and guidance related to interface and data issues. The successful candidate should have 7 years of experience in an Oracle R12 ERP environment. This role is remote until the federal mandate for telework/remote working order is lifted due to the Covid Pandemic - the worksite will be in Parkersburg WV (post pandemic) this role will include some travel to AL TX and MO. This project is slated to on-board in December 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot interfaces and data issues
- Investigate and resolve data issues
- Provide process, design & guidance on solutions to resolve on-going issues
- Reconcile accounting entries and account balances and transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable between various integrated systems
- Provide Ad-Hoc reporting and transaction details to support reconciliations
- Provide training and knowledge transfer on troubleshooting techniques, root cause analysis, interface processing, database and table structures, data dependencies, developing system requirements, testing fixes and new requirements, running data queries, and modifying the automated processing schedule.
- Evaluate systems, processes, and management of tickets, system fixes, enhancements, testing, production releases
- Provide impact analysis of new requirements, fixes, solution designs, enhancements, and upgrades
- Facilitate and lead stakeholder sessions
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience working with Oracle accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, systems integrations, application troubleshooting
- Experienced in federal accounting practices including IPAC
- Experience troubleshooting transaction and data issues
- Experienced providing creative solutions, process improvements, implementing best practices
- Effective communicator with proven leader characteristics
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable accounting data and transactions
- Experience and understanding of debt collection processing
- Experience with Oracle accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections
- Effective training skills
- Experience in agile development practices including JIRA application
* Must have strong Oral and Written Communication skills
* Must have Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
* Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational and problem solving skills
* Ability to extend a strong commitment to quality of solutions and services provided to client
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision with proactive problem-solving skills
* Must be able to undergo a successful background check before starting the project
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
* Must be able to clear a federal background check - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
* Must hold a BS degree in relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, and Finance

* Must be a US Citizen
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
* Experience with Oracle applications integrations and other applications built on Oracle databases
* Locals Preferred
* Active Public Trust Clearance preferred
Primary Location: Parkersburg, WV or Washington DC (With possible travel Birmingham AL; Austin, TX; Kansas City, MO.) Post Pandemic
Hours on-site: Monday - Friday
