We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Villages of Gallatin, a 185 unit apartment community in Gallatin, TN.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for apartment turns


• General appearance and maintenance of the property


• Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium 

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience


• Basic painting, electrical, and/or plumbing experience


• HVAC experience


• EPA experience


• CPO Certified


• Boilers Experience


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Ability to work on-call


• Valid driver’s license and insurance
