Primary Location: 13693 S 200 W, Draper, UT, USA Division: Cox Automotive Job Level: Individual Contributor Travel: No Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Requisition Number: 202001192 As the Forms Layout Designer II you will be responsible for creating forms required in running a car dealership. This includes forms to complete vehicle transactions to forms within Accounting and Fixed Operations of a dealership. You will create branded custom dealership forms in a PDF format, and update/create standard Dealertrack forms that are offered to new dealer clients moving onto our system. All forms must adhere to dealership requirements and organizational standards.

Design and revise custom forms in accordance with dealership specifications
Follow design standards for custom forms
Responsible for creating standard template forms for all DMS Applications
Maintain document version control, tracking changes and layout of document
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that project needs are being fulfilled and deadlines are being met
Qualifications: Graphic design background and a strong understanding of Adobe Creative products
Incredible attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Ability to prioritize various tasks from multiple projects and work independently
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to handle high stress situations and ability to solve complex problems
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and driven
Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
