Join a team that delivers program leadership, PMO and portfolio management, and project management services that address the unique culture and objectives of clients. On our Program and Project Management team, you'll manage end-to-end scope and schedule, cost, quality and assessment that helps clients achieve their desired goals. We tailor solutions for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Exciting work you will do:

Manage the development and execution of change management strategy and plans to prepare, train and support and successful adoption of new, changed, dropped processes and functionality.

- Impact assessment on type and magnitude of change

- Define Scope of change and build transition plan

- Build and manage Wider stakeholder assessment and plan

- Partner with Comms manger to Build communication plan

- Stakeholder Landscape and Analysis

- Impact Matrix and Heat Map

- Needs Assessment and Change Plan

- Engagement & Communications Plan

- Develop training Plan

- Develop training Materials

- Adoption Assessment (as applicable)

What you will need:

- 7+ years of Project Management experience

- 5+ years of Transition Management Experience

- Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment

- Comfortable with ambiguity
