Job Description 

The Recruiting Senior Associate will develop a deep understanding of the competencies associated with each level at Eagle Hill and how to effectively evaluate and recruit top talent for these roles. They will also develop a broader understanding of Eagle Hill’s service lines and industries to effectively communicate with and assess applicants. In addition, the types of activities that the Recruiting Senior Associate may participate in include, but are not limited to:


  • Working with People and Culture Leadership and project managers to understand staffing needs, which are often fluid, requiring foresight and flexibility

  • Consistently deliver high quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across hiring needs, individually and collaboratively

  • Candidate Management - Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing

    • Reviewing candidate resumes and cover letters

    • Evaluating candidate Topgrading applications and requested writing samples

    • Conducting applicant telephone interviews, scoring outcomes, and making decisions on next steps

    • Following up with interviewers to ensure timely and documented feedback

    • Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while serving Eagle Hill Consulting’s larger strategic objectives as they relate to talent acquisition

    • Manage sourcing strategies that allow for diversification of talent, specifically flow of incoming applicants with an eye to executing external searches to augment, complement, and diversify qualified candidate pipeline



  • Team Collaboration – Work cross-functionally across a team of recruiters and promote a culture of support, thoughtfulness, trust, and inclusion

  • Key initiatives – Play a critical role in supporting important organizational initiatives beyond the scope of your day to day position

What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • A minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience in a consultative, high-touch, and high-volume recruitment environment where holistic requisition ownership was required    

  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines  

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Ability to take initiative, cultivate strong and trusted relationships from the outset while identifying complexities in advance to solve problems early on in the candidate lifecycle  

  • An advocate for Eagle Hill Consulting in the talent market with a desire to support our continued growth in DC, Seattle, and Boston

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
