Our innovative conduit manufacturing company is recruiting a self-motivated and competitive MicroTechnology Sales Specialist for the Western US who is business-driven to sell high value products in a large and exciting territory. You will engage new customers while maintaining a high level of service for our current ones.

We are looking for an empowered individual with excellent work ethic to be an engaging sales specialist to sell our MicroDuct products, influence existing clients, and drive new business. We need a strong team player to support our Territory and Area Sales Managers while focusing on micro-conversion and share-growth. This is a new role, and you will be the voice of the customer, the local face of Dura-Line, and the knowledge powerhouse of a market-leading industry. We will invest in you and develop your capabilities to become the subject matter expert of our products and solutions.

As the technical expert for fiber cable applications, pathways, and micro-conducts, you will develop presentations, attend trade shows, and showcase how to sell each of our micro-products in a quickly expanding market.

            Eager for A Challenge? We need an individual who is business-focused and motivated by selling high-value products. You will be responsible for launching and pushing growth of new micro products, manage day-to-day sales activities like pricing, quoting, customer visits, sales calls/forecasting, relationship building, and work with cross-functional teams. We need an agile sales specialist to work strategically to understand the customers business and provide them solutions and new products.

Use Data to Empower You! Your success depends on staying relevant in the field by studying market trends, keeping an eye on the competition, and comparing pricing levels. Being moderately tech-savvy with Microsoft Office suite and SalesForce will help you in your account planning, project tracking, and sales forecasting.

We are looking for an outgoing individual that has worked in the telecommunications industry with a focus on fiber optic cables, infrastructure/pathways and has a passion for sales, learning, and helping others succeed. Knowledge is power! A degree in engineering, marketing, or sales is preferred, but if you have 3-5 years of relevant technical/commercial sales industry experience we want to talk to you! Strong creative thinking and analytical mentality will help you strategize and excel in this MicroTechnology Sales Specialist role.

We like to make a connection and build a relationship with our clients and partners, so you must be a great listener to understand and anticipates the customer’s need. We value life-and work balance, and this role will require about 50% travel regionally to various customer within the Western United States.
