Job Description:
MANDATORY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert level hands-on knowledge on HPE SimpliVity and HPE Synergy
Expert level knowledge of VMware ESXi administration
Expert level knowledge of Windows OS administration
10+ years of experience in administering Windows & VMware vSphere administration for large environments (3000+ servers)
Mandatory experience of onsite/offshore based delivery model
Candidate with AWS experience will be preferred
Knowledge of “directory naming” technologies (Active Directory (AD), LDAP etc) is prefered
Knowledge of “directory naming” technologies (Active Directory (AD), LDAP etc)
Hands-on experience with incident, change, problem management and expert in leading troubleshooting efforts and performing root cause analysis(RCA) Experience in working with global teams (onshore and offshore) is a must
Patch Management- Installing , upgrading patches on the server, Performing Rollback if needed
Should be able to work in shifts and on call as required
Ability to participate in process definition for change management and problem resolution to support large-scale 24X7 systems operations
Handle escalations
CERTIFICATIONS
ITIL Certified preferred
Exposure to AWS cloud
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or in Computer Science
