Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities



  • Provide Key Account Representative support within the Region

  • Provide incoming/outgoing call support and order entry for Region and assigned Territory

  • Grow and develop medium profile, medium volume accounts via outbound calls

  • Maintain a positive customer relationship to assure continued business

  • Provide cross-selling/referencing to customers in order to generate sales

  • Communicate with various departments to resolve customer requests and/or problems

  • Acquire information about the industry to ensure our knowledge in the market place

  • Support Manager through prospecting existing accounts

Education/Experience



  • 1-2 years industry sales experience

  • Associates Degree and/or prior sales experience
