SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Campus Information Technology Technician, responds to first level technical help desk requests for faculty and students for West Coast University.  Provides support with the maintenance of computer workstations, printer hardware, projectors and other related devices.  This position requires in person help desk experience. 

EDUCATION:

High school graduate or equivalent required.

AA/ BA preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of experience in Business Environment setting

Direct field experience.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with MS Office.
