Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Genesys Pure Cloud Solution Architect with experience in Genesys Contact Center. We are seeking the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:

• Genesys Pure cloud (ININ) solutions Architecture, development, Implementation, Configuration and support.

• Work with internal telecom, infra groups to support Pure Cloud implementation.

• Necessary technical help and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation.

• Candidate is expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support. 

• Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff

• Implementation and release management process.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience in Contact center technology skill-set with Genesys Pure cloud.

• Able to design and implement Genesys pure cloud environment configuration, implementation and deployment to production.

• Hands on experience in Genesys Pure Cloud solutions design and implementation.

• Proven experience in Genesys solutions, products and technology.

• Demonstrable experience in Cloud enablement of contact center solutions.

• Effective communication skills and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business development and leadership skills.

• AWS knowledge is also preferred.
