Job Description:

Technical
Lead ? Datacenter Services

·       Support the technical lead to deliver all
projects relating to security controls as per the project schedule and work
plan for entire life cycle from discovery to implementation.

·       Provide regular project updates on to
various internal and external stakeholders about, progress, changes, and
issues.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
achieve implementation of: IT M&A security controls and integration
deliverables as well as addressing IT business as usual (BAU) support
requirements during the integration period.

·       Document key business requirements, and
project deliverables

·       Develop process flows and diagrams on
integration/IT Infra migration approach using Charting software (ie. Visio,
PPT, etc.)

·       Support project teams to deliver the
technologies and services for both deployment and integration, in the areas of datacenter
technologies (Virtualization, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory), infrastructure
hardening, device management, data loss prevention as well as other enterprise
level technologies which may be in use.

·       Lead the discussions with acquired entity
for strategizing the integration and migration of datacenter services to target
platform

·       Support the non-integration business
through acting as break/fix engineer for a wide variety of datacenter services
/ technologies used by the non-integrated business.

·       Proactively share knowledge, experience,
and expertise with more junior or inexperienced team members. Qualifications
and skills: ? Experience of performing a similar hands-on support role, ideally
also experience of undertaking M&A infrastructure integration activity,
including data migrations.

Skills/experience specific to this position:

Experience in the
below technologies including implementation, integration and hands-on support:

·       Educated to degree level, ideally in a
technology discipline.

·       Technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft)

·       VMware, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
services

·       Basic knowledge of Linux / Unix is a plus

·       Licensing / Security of Server - Windows /
Linux / VMware vSphere.

·       Infrastructure hardening &
vulnerability management.

·       Experience in Microsoft Windows and Apple
Mac OS Troubleshooting.

·       Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and
TCP/IP ports HTTP, HTTPS and file sharing.

·       Ability to work in rapid change and
fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to lead and deliver project work
with a highly matrixed project team.

·       Experience with the cloud services, network
communications, collaboration tools, enterprise tools and software is a plus.

·       Experience of ITIL best practices. ? Use of
issue/problem tracking system (e.g. Remedy or Service Now).
