By working with one of our top-ranked Senior Research Analysts, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of company analysis, as well as the overall investment process. Our Senior Research Analysts not only produce differentiated research, but also have a strong focus on sales and marketing as well as and client service. By working closely with a sector team, you will develop a well-rounded transferable skill set, including both quantitative and qualitative skills. You will also have exposure to other divisions at Credit Suisse, including the global sales force, equity traders, and institutional clients.
You will conduct financial analysis and investigative research, enabling you to learn financial modeling and forecasting skills and help produce creative and comprehensive research reports. As an essential member of the team you will learn to develop creative insights into industries and companies, present convincingly and confidently about the sector and companies, understand the priorities of the franchise and bring your own ideas and thoughts to the table.
Training
The Equity Research Full-Time Associate Program in New York provides analysts with the foundation necessary for a successful career. It begins with a rigorous training period in New York where all analysts learn the skills they'll need in their roles and acquire any licenses or certifications needed. Your learning experience will continue through on-the-desk training as well as professional development programming. In addition, you will participate in community service, networking events, and firm-wide events that will help ensure that you are exposed to all the areas within the bank and understand the big picture of a global investment bank.
