Job Description:

A company in Elk Grove Village , IL is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for a 6:00 pm - 2:30 am opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair - You will be responsible for repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.


• Use basic hand tools and industrial shop equipment to perform maintenance assignments.


• Responding to equipment breakdowns - Keeping our equipment running and communicating technical subjects to co-workers.


• Documenting and updating activities - You will keep accurate records and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.


• Requires regular attendance in accordance with scheduled shift time and days; as well as compliance with Attendance Policy

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance with electrical/electronic and hydraulic equipment


• MUST have prior experience repairing injection molding and/or blow molding machines.


• Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Experience working in maintenance at a manufacturing facility.


• Successful completion of on-site maintenance examination


• Must have valid state driver's license


• Must complete forklift training
