DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Facilitate the design and implementation of data analytics enabling the delivering of fit for purpose data across the finance and treasury/CIO Data management office leveraging strategic analytics tools. Govern Compliance. Drive the development of the firmwide data governance policy and standards focused on data sourcing, data consumption, and data protection. Represent finance and treasury/CIO organization, ensuring the policy, standards, and controls meet the needs of the organization and deliver business value. Develop an implementation strategy and plan for meeting the requirements of the policy, standards, and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field of study and nine (9) years of experience in the job offered or nine (9) years of experience as a Data Manager/Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager/Analyst, Technical Lead, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires nine (9) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: program or project management; implementing financial reporting business processes and integrating with infrastructure and systems; leading teams across LOBs, functions, and geographies, and implementing organizational change; and developing metrics and reporting using analytic tools such as Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or Qlik.
