Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Technician at Tribble Electric in Glen Allen, Virginia

Job Description:

The Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Technician tests, repairs and inspects fire detection systems. The ideal candidate will possess an ambitious attitude and strive to make sure that our clients receive unsurpassed service. The Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Technician must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with fire protection systems.  Experience with access controls, cameras and audio/visual a plus.

 Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and future clients


• Perform fire alarm installations, repairs, testing, programming and inspections


• Schedule inspections


• Complete work orders for each assignment

• High School Diploma OR GED


• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Fire Protection Systems


• Must possess electrical and fire alarm knowledge


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Ability to maintain and build relationships with current and future clients


• Must be able to maintain a professional look and attitude in any situation


• Must have a good driving record
