Job Description:

Housing Management Resources, Inc is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate for a full-time position as Resident Engagement Coordinator, working with residents living at our Springfield, MA portfolio of affordable apartment communities at Home City Development, Inc. If you are energetic, outgoing and love to connect with people, this could be the right job for you! This position requires someone who can balance the administrative functions of planning, supervising and developing programs with direct resident outreach and engagement in a home environment and outside on the property. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills and experience within an affordable housing community. This candidate should be able to work independently, as well as on a team.
