Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Stonepointe, a 238 unit new construction senior apartment community in Lithonia, Georgia.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-day operations of the property

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals

  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service

  • Build positive relationships within the community

  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:


  • Must have at least 3 years of previous property management experience

  • Section 8 experience

  • Tax Credit experience

  • Section 42 experience

  • Income Averaging experience

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Ability to work on-call

  • Yardi software experience
