Summary:

The Program Management Analyst (CareAllies) will be aligned to the Provider Engagement Program Management Team in CareAllies. The CareAllies Provider Engagement Program Management team is responsible for:


  • Supporting local market field teams execute strategic initiatives by providing the governance structure, tools, education, communication, and change management needed for success


  • Managing Provided Engagement programs such as the Physician Leadership Institute and Provider Engagement Administration Residency Program


  • Implementation and oversight of account management, contract lifecycle, process standardization and improvement initiatives


We are seeking a new team member to assist with two key functions: (1) Accountable Care Organization (ACO)/Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) /Independent Provider Association (IPA) Project and Program Management and (2) Provider Data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and either prior experience with, or a strong desire to learn project management, change management, and process improvement skills. Success in this role will require excellent organizational skills, a high degree of adaptability, willingness to learn continuously, and comfort with working in ambiguous scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:


  • Use various tools, reporting capabilities, or process engineering techniques to identify opportunities to streamline operational procedures between or within departments, and make recommendations.


  • Provide support to more senior management on high priority initiatives


  • Keep detailed notes, project plans, and action items for various process improvement initiatives


  • Conduct audits of contracts or other key documents to ensure compliance with government and organizational requirements, documenting support of any negative findings and offering an action plan for remediation.


  • Support CareAllies contract management initiatives, including assisting in the development of contract management processes, standards, and document management.


  • Monitor and analyze various reporting tools or capabilities to ensure compliance with established processes.


  • Complete day to day business operations tasks without immediate supervision, but have ready access to advice from more experienced team members.


  • Contribute to team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience


  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry, terminology, provider networks, contracting and credentialing requirements, contracts, and terminology preferred.


  • Intermediate experience with MS Word, and PowerPoint (Required)


  • Intermediate Excel experience (formulas, V-lookup, pivot tables, etc) (Required)


  • Prior experience with, or a strong desire to learn, project management, change management, or process engineering techniques.


  • Ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships, communicate effectively across the organization and at different levels,


  • Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards).


  • Strong communication skills – oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse groups


  • Ability to function in a high demand work environment while managing multiple priorities


  • Ability to function equally as an individual and as a team player


  • Ability to travel up to 25%
