JOB TITLE: Management HR Analyst
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
WBB is seeking a mid-level Management Analyst for a full-time opportunity. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking in-processing, ratings, awards, etc., associated with the military persons for CCDC DAC.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position requires an individual who can adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Organization, accountability, flexibility, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for success
- Comprehend the hierarchal structure of the organization and identify POC's for functional units or processes (significant coordination with other staff members is required)
- Assist MILDEP with tracking down and monitoring military personnel (MILPO) actions to include arrivals/departures, ratings, awards, etc.
- Assist MILPO and Chief of Staff (CoS) with scheduling larger meetings, scheduling interviews and any related correspondence with panel members and interview candidates, and assist them with travel arrangements and Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations
- Prepare properly formatted Army correspondence for MILPO and CoS
- Set up and maintain mandatory training accounts in Total Employee Development (TED) for all Staff employees
- Maintain Lab Demo Pay for Performance rating files for Staff offices
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Security Clearance: Secret
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelors Degree with three (3) - five (5) years experience in an administrative role
- Military Processing Operations (MILPO) with one (1) to three (3) years experience
- Minimum of three (3) -five (5) years of experience with MS Office Products
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with demonstrated minimum three (3) - five (5) years experience
- Innovative, with the ability to resolve complex issues, strong organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey information across all organizational levels
- Strong customer service focus
