As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Retiree Health Solutions Group.

This role can be worked virtually (from home) anywhere in the Continental United States.

Your Impact As An Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is accountable for supporting his/her team in providing outstanding service delivery. This person is responsible for managing small to medium projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures and contractual performance standards. This includes owning and completing complex tasks, project planning and management, and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality via the identification of process improvements that will lead to efficiencies.

The Operations Analyst will respond promptly, thoughtfully, and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities, and new situations. They will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal resources, carriers, and third parties in a global and virtual working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support end to end enterprise service delivery

* Independently handle complex tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and communication to key stakeholders

* Manage projects

* Coordinate with carriers, third party vendors, and other Aon services

* Build personal domain, plan, and regulatory knowledge through formal learning and on the job learning experiences

* Consult and coordinate with teams within ARHS as well as those external to ARHS.

* Participate in internal user acceptance testing and integration testing

* Develop user acceptance test plans and support the external testing experience

* Review and sign off on escalated Delivery Specialist deliverables to ensure ongoing adherence to standard operating procedures and overall quality of the deliverables

* Provide coaching and development of Delivery Specialists to create a culture of continuous improvement

* Ensure SOPs and other team process guides are up to date and match requirements

* Write and maintain queries

* Monitor and track service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets

* Identify process improvement opportunities

* Build, maintain, and deliver new-hire onboarding.

* Assess colleague training needs

* Build, maintain, and deliver colleague training and development.

* Develop personal Change Management expertise to guide and educate team.

* Consult on remediation, scaling, continuous improvement efforts

* Analyze and report on team performance

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills

* Business/financial acumen

* Project management experience with small-medium projects

* Familiarity with Change Management concepts

* Effective use of basic business productivity tools and Microsoft applications

* Skilled at properly researching, identifying, and documenting issues

Preferred Experience:

* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medicare

* Working knowledge of benefits related laws and regulations

* Strong understanding of the CRM system and its interactions

* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enrollment Management operational processes

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
