The Role
Mission
Key objective is to grow service business by increasing the sales of PTS service products, primarily Engine, RE-MAN and refurbishment business. Execution of the service strategy for North America through channels by cooperating with sales team and the dealers.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop solid business relationships with National Rental Company(ies) and dealers
* Cooperate with national rental BDM s to sign service agreements on the corporate level
* Assist and manage regional sales force activities on service to grow service business
* Creating a lean way of pricing to regional sales force on service products
* Execute strong marketing activities on service products towards dealer and end user channel
* Create and nurture synergies between across different departments
* Prepare and follow up on professional presentations and documentation in teams
* Coordinate and conduct training as needed by the account(s)
* Create an effective and a clear elevator pitch on the service products for the sales force
* Introduce features/benefits to the account(s) and to the regional sales team
* Establish and monitor pricing and profit levels on the service products
* Closely follow up sales opportunities with the regions
* Closely follow up RE-MAN and refurbishment operations in the workshops to sustain profitability and customer satisfaction
* Create and manage service campaigns
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you*
Supervisory Responsibility
None
Experience
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience work in sales and/or business development in an industrial environment, with prior knowledge of the National Rental Account(s) and rental operations, as well as proven key account business management.
Education
This position requires a bachelor s degree in engineering, sales, marketing or related; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Must be able to operate in a senior-level business environment, including effectively communicating and developing long-term sustainable relationships with the management team of the assigned account(s).
Travel
This position requires extensive travel (up to 75% of the time) throughout the U.S. and Canada as needed to coordinate activities.
