The Manager of Patient Relations acts as the patient advocate for patients and families members. This position plans, coordinates and implements customer relations efforts. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Oversee patient coomplaints, compliments, and suggestions in accordance with regulatory standards. Has oversight of patient service representatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree
Five years of hospital experience preferably in leadership roles
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of software programs required
Excellent communication skills
