Job Summary
The Online Program Manager provides operational planning and execution of online MBA student programming. Serves as lead contact for online MBA student body. Exercises oversight of student events, residential experiences, and online MBA student organizations (including leadership/government). Responsible for supporting the operations of successful program delivery with the overall functional focus on student experience. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Online MBA Program Coordinator.
Recruitment Period: This position is posted for 6 weeks. Applicants will be screened after two weeks, and then on a weekly basis. The position can be filled prior to the removal date.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand continuously (up to 6 hours with regular scheduled breaks) during events.
Ability to lift supplies and materials weighing up to 25 lbs .
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work evenings, holidays, and weekends sometimes on short notice, to meet operational needs.
Based in Davis, CA, on campus. Requires travel, including overnight and weekends, in state and nationally as the need arises. A valid California driver's license is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Two years of student services experience in an institution of higher education.
Experience with managing multiple tasks and complex projects with demanding timeframes.
Experience working with on-line databases and systems.
Computer skills including competence in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred:
Knowledge and experience of UC Davis and campus resources.
Experience with event coordination (e.g. logistics, budget, accommodation, etc.).
Skills to independently and effectively solve problems and develop solutions.
Oral and written communication skills to interact with students, alumni, staff, faculty, and general public.
