Job Description:

UST Global is looking for talented and creative Enterprise Release Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Release Manager is responsible for the coordination, communicate and tracking of releases for all deployments in the Assigned business unit. They work with a large number of release coordinators, Project Managers, Test teams, and leadership to ensure the required activities are completed and all the essential people are informed.
Creates detailed release plans for product releases, from milestone scheduling through to detailed task based deliverables, insuring the management of the relationship with change management & support engineering
Negotiate plan and manage all release related activities
Manages risks and issues that affect release schedule, scope and quality
Measure and monitor sprint progress to ensure releases are delivered to time, scope and quality standards
Drives discipline across the agile feature teams in respect of release planning and scope management
Works across the organization to ensure sufficient resources are available to support launch activities
Drives continuous improvement of the release management process including increased automation of deployment activities and release testing
End-to-end management of the IT release processes with key stakeholders (business, IT organization, sourcing partners, etc.) within assigned area
Maintain continuous improvement measurements for the release processes, including KPIs and associated metrics
Collect data from Releases for Post Implementation Review and Lessons Learned

Essential Requirements:
EDUCATION: 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. OR Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience. OR Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience.

Team Documentation:
Experienced and consistent quality contributions for documentation, reporting, maintaining schedules etc.
Communication: Consistent clear, accurate and concise communication to management and team on status updates on projects and assignments as well as stakeholders

Daily Task Competency:
Ability to perform Daily Tasks with minimal guidance.
Business Interactions: Proven success with the ability to interact with internal team members and stakeholders in a professional manner
Projects: Successfully complete projects tasks on time with minimal support from team members
Process Improvement Contributions: Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements to address the issues.
Training: Ability to provide high level training on core process to stakeholders

Desirable Requirements:
Experienced with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
Experienced with Microsoft Team Foundation (TFS) , ServiceNow, and Sharepoint
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work on a global team.
