CyberProof is a fully owned subsidiary of UST Global, which helps companies increase their cyber resiliency and reducing their cyber risks by providing a managed cybersecurity center out of a newly architected Security Operation Centre that dramatically increases the ability to react, detect and respond to cyber-attacks. CyberProof provides 24x7 security operations capability, supported by expert cybersecurity resources and cutting-edge tools, along with mature operational methodologies to address our customer's cybersecurity operations requirements. All of our services are delivered through our advanced CyberProof Defense Centers located around the globe. Our goal is to provide enhanced detection abilities, faster response, collaborative issue resolution, effective recovery, and actionable intelligence delivered through our state-of-the-art Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response platform to increase scale and differentiation for our customers.

At the core of what we do is our people. The Security Operations Group of CyberProof consists of a global team of highly talented people. With 100+ highly experienced, certified cybersecurity experts, researchers, and analysts, the majority of our expertise comes from Israeli Intelligence. This group strategize, develop, and execute all cybersecurity activities locally and globally. Individuals and teams in this group work closely with the client cybersecurity team and customer CISOs, CIO s and/or senior business management on business & cybersecurity strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop full-scale project plans: leading the planning, baselining, execution, and reporting.

Assemble and coordinate project team members (including project owner and vendor-partner),

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, manage, mitigate and report project risks and issues

Monitor and accurately report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions

Manage, control, and implement project changes via established project change control processes and interventions to achieve targeted project outputs as required

Re-baseline when approved

Perform project evaluations and assessment of results.

Check project progress toward meeting its objectives

Evaluate and determine the cause of deviations from the plan along with taking corrective actions to address variations.

Update and maintain project and status information in established PPM tools.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of project management practice in the Information technology space, preferably with large, complex, program development and integration efforts.

Ability to articulate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals, and deliverables adhering to established IT governance model, plan and scheduled project timelines (activities, tasks, dependencies and resource allocation)

Demonstrated Project Management experience on system deployments with multiple clients and third party project team members. Proven track record of delivering projects that involve cross-functional teams and/or matrix organizations with responsibility for scope and schedule.

Hands-on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, communications, procurement, and organizational change management.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other project managers involving interdependent projects on large programs.

Hands-on experience managing policy, processes, and procedures implementation.

Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter experts with varying levels of project experience

Proven proficiency in both oral and written communications (including executive level presentations)

Proficiency in the use and maintenance of Microsoft Project files and information Proficiency in developing and delivering PowerPoint Presentations

Proficiency in Microsoft Project software and SharePoint.

Highly Preferred: Active PMI certification (PMP) Actively participated in one cybersecurity project
