Survey Interviewer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Job Description:

The Survey Interviewer supports the implementation of the overall program of data collection for the Department of Epidemiology. In this role, you will contact and schedule interview appointments with participants and conducts telephone interviews. You will also perform data entry, electronic data collection, and tracing to support clinical research and ensures efficient, timely delivery. This position will prepare files for the various studies. You must be able to work a flexible schedule (e.g. nights and weekends) to accommodate research participant schedules.

* High school/GED required

* Associate's degree or at least two (2) years of college education preferred

* Experience with data collection and electronic database entry required

* Experience and education involving the collection and/or management of data in a research, medical, or a scientific field preferred

* Experience with telephone based data collection or in customer service or customer sales preferred
