JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working on a variety of projects, including but not limited to: performance and measurement of the Company's systems hardware/software, and storage, coordinates the technical and engineering efforts in the areas of design and implementation, creates and enforces technical standards, policies and procedures. Creates and maintains system workflow and IT architectural diagrams/documentation. Ensures systems are built to specs and best practices.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee development and maintenance of computer systems and projects requiring Infrastructure input.

2. Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction, future upgrades and technologies and identify automation opportunities when applicable.

3. Assist with the design and implement system security and data assurance.

4. Configure and install computer systems for the organization. Design and develop OS templates per Standards, test software applications and systems and create support manuals.

5. Analyze users' needs, respond to customer service requests and provide production support coverage.

6. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together and ensure hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization.

7. Participate in three year roadmap and SDLC (software development life cycle).

8. Enforce Technical Standards for Server and Storage Environments, provide input for creating & maintaining technical Infrastructure architectural design & workflow documentation

9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:

The incumbent works under minimal supervision and exercises discretion when making decisions related to job responsibilities. The incumbent relies on varied knowledge gained through previous experience with non-standard issues to review, analyze, and draw conclusions. One has authority to act on resolutions of extraordinary issues and provides input to how information is presented to the client and communicates results to Supervisor on a weekly basis. The impact on day-to-day operations focuses on operating decisions at the major project or functional level. Work will be subject to occasional review by Supervisor. The incumbent fields questions from a variety of sources both within and outside the Company. May mentor or train less experienced team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS; or HS Diploma and 5 years of experience in related area

* Minimum 5 years of experience in related area

* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable

* In-depth knowledge in:

o VMWare, Windows Exchange, DNS, Sharepoint Administration and Architecture, Azure Technologies, LDAP include Unbound ID, ADLDS and Active Directory, System hardware for HP Chassis, Email Archiving and encryption, Powershell.

* Communication (verbal, written and listening), collaborative, leadership, mentoring, organization, technical, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills

* Ability to understand the business as it relates to the customer and customer requirements

* Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office

* Ability to maximize the use of the available technology, welcome new technology, and stay abreast of the latest technologies

* Ability to work independently as well within a team and with client users

* Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities and meet target deadlines

* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
