The Opportunity:

The Business Network Director of Product Management will drive product strategy and execution for our Integration Managed Services line of business. This role will be expected to drive engagement with customers, marketing, sales leadership, and analysts to identify market opportunities and secure and align product portfolio investments. Critical skill sets and experience include understanding of business to business integration technologies, supply chain, corporate to bank financial transactions, SaaS, PaaS, integration platforms, and managed services delivery models.

You are great at:

- Discover and validate market problems (both within existing and future customers)
- Understanding how customers and users leverage business to business transaction platforms to streamline business processes
- Provide leadership for strategy, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the product
- Analyze the competitive landscape
- Determine buy/build/partner decisions
- Approve final marketing and go-to-market plans
- Work with key customers, analysts and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases.
- Maintain the product roadmap and represent it for the product internally and externally

What it takes:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, supply chain, or logistics & transportation. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in the B2B integration services, application-to-application (A2A) integration technologies, or enterprise resource planning software.
- Experience with any of the following integration solutions: B2B supply chain and banking transactions, A2A, integration broker products, Enterprise class SaaS and PaaS solutions
- Strong customer orientation and comfortable in sales situations, proven through former experience
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective at influencing and convincing others into action yet able to also be a good team member/player
- Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
- Strong English language communication and presentation skills
