Our global Communications & External Affairs department is responsible for managing Hilton's corporate reputation, brand communications, Team Member and internal communications and fostering positive relations with federal, state, and local governments, associations and influencers.
What will I be doing?
As Hilton emerges from the crisis brought on by COVID-19 and a significant slowing of global travel, workplace culture remains a critical component to business recovery. We seek to reenergize and reengage our Team Members through thoughtful, creative and strategic communications and are seeking a skilled, well-rounded communicator to guide our Workplace Culture Communications. This vast portfolio encompasses the work we do with Human Resources, included executive communications for our CHRO and support across all critical subject areas (i.e. D&I, Leadership, Learning & Development, Benefits, Recruitment), Technology specific to our Digital Workplace, Safety & Security/Legal, and Corporate Responsibility. Qualified candidates can be expected to work directly with senior leaders across all aforementioned departments. Responsibilities include strategic communications planning, content development, and campaign management and execution.
