As an Analyst 3 within our Supply Planning department you will be responsible for creating the production plan and schedule for all finished goods SKU’s associated with each resource. In this role you will be at the forefront of the new product introduction process by actively driving the decision making process on new product activity. What You Will Do Drives:
Develops production and deployment plans as a result of inputs including forecast, inventory, capacity, materials, lead times, and service objectives
Manages execution of new item launch and the discontinuation of products
Guides:
Maintains, enforces, and recommends changes to Line Operating Strategies
Ensures prompt analysis and decision making to resolve issues as outlined by exception messages
Evaluates data regarding demand vs. forecast, production vs. plan, inventory levels, service levels, and resource productivity
Teamwork:
Communicates plan changes to key partners (warehouse, production, transportation, customer service)
Advises the Supply Chain Manager of the status of work in progress, material constraints, and potential critical issues ensuring that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed
What You Need
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master’s degree plus 3 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate PLUS 9 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Supply Chain Management concentration plus 8 years of supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
An understanding of Six Sigma problem solving methodologies.
SQL certification and knowledge.
Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
APICS certification.
