Be a part of a dynamic team responsible for the receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of products and row materials.

The Associate Inventory Analyst will work with the material management team to achieve short- and long-term objective. He/She will be responsible for documentation updates, lead process improvement projects, and maintain accuracy on the inventories.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.

  • Maintain subcontract POs; resolve financial discrepancies. Communicate with suppliers.

  • Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct for raw material and sub-assemblies

  • Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates flow of material with production and planning.

  • Lead process improvement project using problem solving techniques.

  • Responsible for the update of procedures that affect the material management group.

  • Resolve quality issues by working on the resolution of non-conformance with quality team.

  • Support the Stockroom team by creating work order, support material replenishment process, and look of ways to improve the existing process.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in a medical device manufacturing facility.

  • Knowledge of supply chain process. including logistic, material control.

  • Experience working with process improvement projects.

  • Technical writing skills.

  • Self-managed performance

  • Team player

  • Understanding blueprints / documents

  • Experience with computer software: including QAD (ERP) system, CAMSTART (MES) Operation system, Microsoft Office (good knowledge of Excel and Word).
