What You Will do:
With help of VP, Marketing Strategy, oversee management of BAC metrics and operational efficiency
Influence marketing strategy to maximize BAC's revenue through both digital and traditional marketing campaign efforts and identify ways to optimize qualified BAC form submissions and (2) address various operational needs for the BAC team including designing and facilitating new employee training programs
Driver higher volume of qualified forms by partnering with marketing and improve overall operating efficiency of the BAC team.
Own Outbound Programs; Lead programs to identify and enable sales to reacquire former clients that have transitioned into a new role at a new organization
Improve efficiency of identified contact (lost client) throughput and influence sales to increase action rate activity in order to maximize program-related CV
Apply program management expertise to multiple projects simultaneously
Provide effective communications and change management support to numerous programs and sub-workstreams
Proactively identify and communicate project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation, escalating issues as necessary
Lead and manage the planning, design, and implementation of additional business critical initiatives as they arise
Create and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and communicate program results effectively
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in other business units to drive business objectives
Continuously find ways to maximize team's operational efficiency
What You Will Need:
2-5 years of project management experience
2-5 years sales business analyst experience
Ability to prioritize relentlessly while managing multiple high leverage projects and programs simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and solid work ethic
Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree
MBA or equivalent degree a plus
