Dura-Line is recruiting for a SalesForce subject matter expert to join our team as the NEW Commercial Excellence Manager. In this remote position, you will be process owner responsible for designing a CRM dashboard to drive sales productivity with defined metrics, partner with the global commercial team to align on strategy, design a Commercial Excellence roadmap, and implement the system process globally.

In this critical role, you will have the platform and support to lead a portfolio of initiatives, build consensus, drive the adoption of best practices, capabilities and tools that collectively make Commercial Excellence a differentiating core competency, while also supporting exceptional customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and the acquisition, development, and retention of outstanding sales and talent.

As the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will closely with commercial manager to provide insightful and actionable analytics and be accountable for driving the initiatives that improve sales performance and productivity measurably and sustainably, develop programs and metrics that increase the adoption of the right sales behaviors and outcomes around account and call planning, pipeline forecasting, win rate, deal velocity, customer retention, and forecast accuracy.

To hit the ground running, you must be experienced in large B2B markets and business analytics, have a strong understanding of Sale Excellence and CRM methodology and strong analytical skills. We need a people-centric partner that can work with cross-functional global groups to deploy Salesforce.com centralized strategies and Business Intelligence analytics. Your superior communication skills and drive will come in handy when you consult with, challenge, and influence business leaders at multiple levels within the organization regarding their needs, gaps, and operational plans to drive CRM adoption.

What else is needed to be successful in this role?

You must have a 5+ years working in sales or commercial excellence role with a combined 3 years of CRM systems. This and your proficiency in Salesforce.com, will help you translate commercial processes into system requirements and dashboard automation design and implementation. As a trusted advisor, you will be providing sales coaching and insights and clearly articulate key strategies, plans, and reports aligned to drive tangible business impact.
