Dura-Line is recruiting for an experienced and driven Global Sales Controller to lead the company’s regional sales finance team, partner with commercial leaders, and participate in the execution of Emerging Markets growth. In this new and remote role, you will partner with the commercial team to develop robust processes for pricing, customer credit approval, sales planning, forecasting & understanding results, reporting, & analysis. 

We are looking for a well-rounded and commercially savvy finance individual who is experienced in supporting global commercial teams by developing commercial propositions, manage pricing, evaluate customer creditworthiness, design sales compensation plans while helping to drive profitable growth. You will need to be skilled in developing budgets, sales forecasts, and analyzing commercial costs.

This is a critical role in our organization, and your leadership skills will be a determining factor for our growth.  To hit the ground running, you will need 10+ years of work experience in a lean and global organization in which you supported the Commercial Teams in areas of pricing optimization, evaluating customer credit, sales compensation plan design/performance measurement, and customer profitability. To achieve excellence through people, drive change, and deploy process changes, we need a decisive manager that can lead regional sales analysts while also motivating and influencing global cross-functional team.

 

What else is needed to be successful in this role?

We need your strong analytical thinking, high level of problem-solving capability, project management and process improvement skills to synthesize data, identify key trends, and provide solutions and recommendations to improve customer profitability and margin.

 We need a strategic and skillful negotiator to create and deliver meaningful insights, articulate financial decision to non-finance stakeholder in a clear, concise, and understandable manner and implement solutions.
